Great!
I am an addict in recovery and I find these podcast episodes to be informative, thoughtful, and well researched and reasoned. These things are sorely needed to push the field of addiction medicine forward in a responsible way. Pseudoscience can easily thrive without the disinfectants of scientific analysis, statistics, and rational and reasoned application of this knowledge. The future solace of the addict lies there, I believe ... where there is a precise and accurate connection to the reality of what is occurring in the mind and body of the addict in all phases of addiction. This can and will become measure-able, and from this ability to measure will come the ability to see, and then understand, and then treat, and then heal, and then prevent. Of course every addict is unique, but it is in the measure-able mind and body similarities that effective future treatments will arise. I feel like these podcasts inform and raise appropriate questions to help in this process. Thanks!

It’s refreshing to hear a more science/practical based podcast about addiction. Real life vs mysterious approaches to recovery. Podcast is put together very well and I love it
