Tries its best, but ultimately fails as a product
The podcast has good funding and production values for its investment, but overall it’s a very poor device trying to be a behind-the-scenes, episode analysis, interview podcast that only ends up being an enthusiastic, but failed, attempt to control the narrative for casual fans and stave off justified criticisms of both the game and the edited product.

More reviews of On Fire with Jeff Probst
Jeff I’ve been watching all Survivor episodes from day one, I 22years ago. I think it’s great that you and your team have decided to do it. Nice knowing what goes on behind the scenes. Looking forward to your next podcast. MM

This podcast is INCREDIBLE. To get a behind the scenes look and hear more from Jeff is the perfect supplement to watching each week! If you’re a super fan of the show (like me) this is definitely for you.
