In this week's episode, we feature Phillip Landgraf, located in Denver, Colorado.
Phillip joined Ricca design studios in 2014 with 10 years of experience managing foodservice design for education, public assembly, business and industry, and healthcare projects. He has extensive experience in management advisory services, including facility analysis, benchmarking, menu development, and staff training.
Before starting his career in culinary design, Philip had a passion for culinary arts. This led him to a teaching assistant/fellow at Johnson and Wales University Culinary Institute while pursuing his second degree.
His talent for design and attention to detail allows him to assist with equipment selection, Refinement, utilities and budget management, and the publication of specifications on any given assignment. Phillip leads our higher education market and one of our studios and uses his culinary background to ensure every project functions as intended.
