Welcome to part two of my engaging interview with one of Roc Nation's many visionaries.
Mahlatse is the Managing Director of Roc Nation Sports International in Africa. Previously, he served as the CEO of the Kolisi Foundation.
His academic journey includes studying Biochemistry at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and recently completing a Masters in International Affairs, with a focus on Cybermediation, at King's College London.
At heart a peacemaker, Mahlatse has provided consultancy services to various organizations in the realms of sports, education, and corporate sectors, specializing in mediation, dispute resolution, inclusive leadership, and organizational culture, among other areas.
A dedicated family man, Mahlatse is happily married to his wife, Lusanda, and together they have three daughters. They reside in Cape Town. He is deeply committed to promoting values of collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning across various sectors, including business and NGOs.
Whether it's through his public speaking engagements, facilitating dialogues, or spending time with his family, Mahlatse is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world.
