I love these podcasts! They are such a great listen, and so helpful as so many people struggle with mental health. I have anxiety and I use fitness as a way to get through it… I have do my morning routine which is work out before anything else, its a habit I have created over the years and I love it. I also not longer drink and its the best decision I have made. LOVED the solo episode Matt, you are such an inspiration. You have done so well. Keep these coming! 😍
