I knew there was something I had to change for my health and wellbeing and I've learnt so much from Zack over the years and can't recommend you listen to the Optimize Yourself Podcast enough. Sure, there's only been this one episode (and a couple BONUS EPs) so far - but that doesn't take away from the fact that as usual Zack is worked on and produced Solid Gold.
I used to be a stupid amount of sedentary, chained to my desk when I worked in an Insurance office, to chained to my desk for all my freelance editing. Since then I've completed Half Marathons, 10ks, 5ks, a handful of Spartan Races and lost almost 2 stone to boot.
