“Don’t get me wrong, these guys have always had fascinating guests and Scott and Dr. Jimmy know from what they talk. But the podcast has really been spiffed up. In the past, the sound quality of some episodes was horrible (and I mean horrible!) and no offense intended, but losing the third guy who would chime in with inane comments every now and then helps immensely. My only criticism is the same one I have with most podcasts: You need to take a final editing pass and clean up the pauses, “uhs” and lip smacks. It’s so easy to do and makes such a difference (I’m a film editor, so I know what I’m talking about).
Organized crime runs hand in hand with every era of our country and this podcast tells those stories beautifully.”
