So much potential but not quite there yet
I love the podcast concept, but it just hasn’t been delivered on quite yet. Still, I’m planning to stick around and see where Maya takes this show, but the random ads punctuating every few minutes of the podcast are horrendous. Very loud, random and unrelated to the show’s topic (Used cars? Really???). I hope she can go independent from Pushkin or something because the ads will probably drive me away. I’d also like to see the interviews go deeper into the guests finances and discuss setbacks, successes and tips in more detail. Not how much they make, but how they navigate financial decisions, invest, and prioritize goals.

I’m interested in the topic, but I’d like to see more profiles of ‘real’ people who earn ‘average’ incomes. I mean the incomes similar to your audience, as opposed to high achievers. Even Soares, who I thought presented himself initially as financially struggling, was earning well over...Read full review »
