I selfishly have a request. Having lost my mother when I was a teenager, an only child and she was a single mom. I have felt quite lost in a number of ways since. This June it will be 22 years since she passed away. I still feel like I’m stuck on this merry-go-round of crippling grief or utter avoidance. There is no in between, and it’s deeply affecting my relationship with my own family. My daughter’s and my relationship the most for the worst.
I would be extremely great full if you could do a podcast episode on grief. I’m dying to learn healthy ways to deal with my grief. I’m sure I can’t be the only person in this situation.
