“Den Backofen auf 180 °C Umluft vorheizen.
Für die veganen Kekse zunächst Mehl und Backpulver in einer Schüssel vermengen. Anschließend Zucker, Vanillezucker, Margarine und Apfelmus hinzufügen und zu einem Teig verkneten.
Nun die Schokotropfen untermengen und aus dem Keksteig kleine Kugeln formen. Die veganen Kekse auf zwei mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backbleche verteilen und dabei etwas Platz zwischen den Kugeln lassen.
Die Kekse etwa 12 Minuten im Ofen backenund anschließend 10 Minuten abkühlen lassen. Sie sind noch weich und können nach Belieben platt gedrückt werden”
