“您好，我是歐本豪斯的長期聽眾。在EP278中，主持人提到可以參考新加坡的公積金制度，強迫勞工和雇主提撥薪水來存錢買房。
然而，我認為這在台灣不可行，原因如下： 新加坡87%的土地為國有，政府能夠大量建造組屋並低價出售。但台灣大部分土地是私有的。即使政府強制儲蓄，房價在自由市場中仍會上漲，讓人民難以負擔。因此，直接套用新加坡模式可能無法達到預期效果。
