Boundaries podcast
I really enjoyed the boundaries podcast, especially when Mpumi mentioned how we have to keep ourselves accountable as well and corrected herself when she criticised Justin B. The point Brendan made about “constructive criticism” was a light bulb moment for me and honestly if someone has reached a certain level of success they have people in their corner giving them constructive criticism that they can trust. They don’t need people at a distance for that and how could you trust someone you don’t even know is being genuine with their “so called constructive criticism”. The friendships with the opposite gender part can get really tricky and I feel like a healthy distance is okay, especially if y’all don’t see each other as brother and sister 🤪.
