Policeman Ensuring Paul Anka Crosses Street Safely
I grew up in Ottawa, Canada and my father was a policeman. One of the stories I heard as a young child was that dad walked Paul Anka across the street (I believe after school, ensuring kids crossed the street safely). Since my dad was a good singer in his own right and played Mr. Anka’s music in our house I came to love his music. We’ll, my dad died at the young age of 45 when I was 12. Since I moved to California, had a career in education as a teacher, Principal, and Counselor. I just lost my mother to dementia. For about two years prior to her passing I would go for daily walks with her and play ‘Mom’s Memory’ favorite songs playlist. It included three by Paul Anka: Having My Baby, Times of Your Life, and Memories Are Made of This. This history brought me to Our Way podcast. Though I am only 61, I feel connected and incredibly interested in the stories and guests. It is a time period rich in history. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be the fly on the wall. As a side note, I especially appreciate Steve Wynn who shares the same RP eye condition that I have. Bless your time and your relationships. My dad would have loved Our Way.

More reviews of Our Way with Paul Anka and Skip Bronson
I absolutely love the style of the podcast. Mr. Anka and Mr. Bronson, despite their own successes, are quite curious about the guests they have on their show. Provides for some great stories and an easy conversational format. Thank you!
