“While this is a thoroughly entertaining podcast, it also has great advice on what to do, and not to do on the trail. I hike alone every now and then and will definitely be employing some of the tips in these shows. First and foremost, I will always leave an itinerary and a planned time for checking with clear instructions on what to do if I don’t check in. Bring a whistle, have a first aid kit, don’t panic. This podcast is an awesome reminder of just how quickly things can go sideways. I love it, and I’ve recommended it to my friends.”
