“I started watching Outlander because of Ron Moore. After watching the first episode however, I thought this show was more of a romance and not a historical drama. I decided to move on from it. However, after listening to Outlander Cast, Mary and Blake have shown me the light.
First off, they are great communicators. Second, they balance each other out in terms of how HE is looking at the show and how SHE is looking at the show. The different perspectives have really helped me to see that this is indeed a historical drama and not primarily a romance. I usually listen to their podcast first and then watch the episode and I am all the better for it.
Disclaimer: I loved the ending to LOST. So that should tell you what type of viewer I am.”
