“Wanted something to fill the void of this hiatus so I came here on the recommendation of the Scot and the Sassenach. All I can say is it made me realize what nice people run Scot&Sassenach, because this podcast is sub-par. Outlander Cast is made by fans (well, one fan and her husband) who have little insight into the show, the books, or TV production. I don’t find their humor appealing, Blake’s obsession with female anatomy is uncomfortable and Mary doesn’t seem to know much beyond she read a book that excited her some years ago. If you’re looking for a smart podcast, try Ron Moore’s official one or the excellent story analysis at Scot&Sassenach. I wish this weren’t case, I’d like a funny podcast, or well-made fan one, but this one is not it.”
