“This podcast isn’t about “an app” it’s stories of people who needed to be on the app. The app is incredible and will revolutionize the way we search for missing children or elderly adults in real time! The second you have your child on the app Ann’s God forbid they get lost or even abducted the alert goes out to EVERYONE who has it, focusing on those very close to where the alert came from. This way we can begin searching within minutes of them disappearing. Imagine that! Well, that’s what this will do. Don’t focus on the missing stories so much as downloading the app and placing loved ones on it. It takes a very long time and only certain people get placed on an Amber alert, so this is the next step by utilizing crowd sourcing. Ingenious really… The show is meant to cover little known cases or very cold cases not getting any light on it and hence the short length. It’s NOT an entertainment podcast covering just the facts and who to contact with leads etc… and then giving the ways to get the app for your own family and your relatives and friends as well. It works and the more we have the faster it will be in finding anyone that’s missing hopefully faster than they can get very far which we will considering the “Speed” this works at. So, I think you just got confused as to what this is for etc… if you have questions just get the app “OWL once was lost” on apple, android etc… ask anything you want and we can help explain how it all works in detail.”
