Sitcom D&D
An enjoyable listen! It is less character building and tense combat and more humorous and unexpected interactions to get from A to B. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it to those who prefer a more rule conscious or realistic game but their lighthearted banter is certainly infectious. It reminds me of the sitcom version of D&D- no one is ever in any real danger, problems are resolved at the end of the episode and even serious plot points are treated with levity and humor. Admittedly, it is not the sort of game where you are overly invested in the characters as a result, but it’s certainly a fun listen and endearing in its own right.

Been following the (mis)adventures of the (as of yet) names caotic good-ish party, ams is always a blast to revisit the episodes. As a regular D&D player and DM I'm confident to say this is the best hands on experience of what happens in a regular session of D&DRead full review »
