“I’d like to find out why Sampson and Skip continue appearing. They’re just not interesting episodes. I feel like Pablo could distill their knowledge that’s shared in a 50-minute episode down to 5 minutes of summary. Do they have an endorsement deal or something where we’re required to listen to them every few weeks? They bring nothing to the podcast and the tone shift is not actually what the audience wants.
I just listened to a 3-minute The Indicator from Planet Money segment that explained private equity in the NFL and women’s soccer that was more engaging lol please stick to the hits and let Skip and Sampson just count their money and continue being members of an elite class that’s just tone deaf enough to not warrant more air time.”
