The Sacred Feminine with Cryn Horn
Listen now
Description
Recently, the subject of dissection has come forward as a foundation to expanding learning, particularly about the fascia matrix. In this episode I interview someone who came to Fascia Dissection to explore the Sacred Feminine; the details of the female body and what makes it the way it is. Cryn Horn is an artisan craftwoman and a wonderful teacher of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Her craft is weaving. As such, she has translated her way of seeing connectivity and inter-relating to an understanding of the body. Her models are just exquisite. This interview was on Zoom, so in the podcast you cannot see the models that we described. (In due course it will be released on YouTube so you can!) Cryn made such a contribution to me, with her gentle curiosity and way of seeing things. Hers is an example of how we are all learners on these quests to understanding our structure so that we can help ourselves and each other to move better by working together and honouring ALL the questions that come up. Enjoy our discussion!
