narrator is self-centered
1. It’s not about you. I get that the the case is close to home, but I feel like he weirdly tried to interject himself more than he needed. 2. Victim says don’t share recording. What do you do? Share the recording. At least maybe a small follow up if she allowed you? A very bad look. 3. Honestly, the story is very good. I just can’t get over the weird and constant “me”s and “I”s.

This is a really interesting deep-dive into these complex cases. For me, it drives me insane that the host says “ex-pecially” instead of “es-pecially”. A minor complaint, all things considered. I love hearing from people who actually knew the victims and that the host really cares about these girls.

Beginning of episode 4 has a 911 recording that is very difficult to hear. There should have been a heads up about that. Very disturbing.
