The host is a narcissist and a wannabe “hero”. All the promises he’s been making seems very unethical. In almost every episode he has to make the story about him. Sadly the story should be about the victims and their families. Not really interested in your 43 New York Times best seller brag, it’s trashy.

This story is associated with my friend’s family land in CT. I have been hearing updates from them for years as this podcast and story has unfolded in real time. It’s great to listen to the details as told by the podcast host and have the whole story put together so nicely.

I’ve always enjoyed M William Phelps’ books so I was excited to hear he’s doing a podcast. This podcast is INCREDIBLE. I’ve listened to many true crime podcasts for 6 years and this one stands out as being among the best I’ve heard.
