“I am really struggling to help my daughter. I am trying to understand and learn as much as I can so she feels supported and heard. I am often challenged by watching her do all the things I did that created such struggles in my life. I found out later in life I suffered from ADHD. My daughters was discovered Senior year of high school. This podcast has helped me tremendously! It’s given me tools to help her that I wish my parent/family/friends or teachers knew about.
