“I just heard the episode with Amy and her little daughter! Of course, we can all relate to Amy trying to do her best with what she knows and has been taught. I was so touched with Dr. Shefali’s insight and solutions. As a mom of three adult children, with a very hands on and connection approach towards our young children I can attest to Dr. Shefali’s approach! We brought our children into bed all the time and loved that childhood connection with each and everyone of them! What beautiful memories leaving my heart full and ready to see them fly when they were ready! As a result also have a beautiful connection with each of them as adults! Thank you Dr. Shefali!”
