Not a super sophisticated plot a first, but…
Not a super sophisticated plot at first, but just when you think it’s going to turn out predictable, it completely shatters any predictions you might have had. Plus, it’s easy to listen to which makes it great for bedtime when you’re only half listening but don’t want to miss out on any important details. I probably wouldn’t recommend listening to this in bed if you get spooked easily or have nightmares, though. This podcast gets unexpectedly weird and spooky with voices you probably wouldn’t want to carry over into your dreams. Aside from that, I also really appreciate the original backstory and the clear, straight-to-the point narration. I swear, some of these podcasters think that the more you try to jam into dialogues/monologues (from the overuse of imagery to unnecessary sound effects and painfully slow narration) to make up for the lack of a screen. This doesn’t do that, though, and I really appreciate it. Although, I will say that the staticky noises over some of the characters’ voices does become annoying after a while; however, you’ll find that the noises are an important part to the story, so it’s bearable to that extent.

I wish there was more and hopefully, Season 2 will explain Claire’s weird behaviour in the last...Read full review »

Very creepy and well acted. The first few episodes are a bit slow but the back half of the podcast is totally binge-worthy.
