parth_é Podcast: The New Monks. 18
Description
We welcome Shivani to share her tales with us in the next episode of our podcast. Shivani learnt much of her resilience from a young age and was instilled with an attitude of non-attachment to life when her cousin and best friend died in her teenage years.
Going into a career as a fashion model, equipping her with more resilience tools, she was recommended to see a spiritual healer. Over the past two years, he helped her to realise what she wants and how to be true to herself and her own morals and values.
She spent part of the lockdown on her own in India - the most amount of time spent on her own, which also catalysed a process of working on shadow aspects of herself, doing the work, realising her worth and seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Enjoy this episode where we break down what spirituality is along with so many other insights.
