At times subtle, at times overtly partisan
The law should be neutral and fair, however, this podcast is not. There is at times subtle, and at times overt partisanship in this podcast. There are also guests on the show that have made blatant historical inaccurate to try to fit a narrative. There should not be sides or biases, just facts. I liked the concept of this podcast, but will look for something else that is not partisan.

Jessica is a pleasure to listen to. She is so knowledgeable. More important she has a wonderful ability to explain things clearly and precisely. Great podcast!!

My favorite podcast. For anyone interested in law and policy, this is ice cream and cake. Insightful, clear commentary on issues of the day. Found this just in time for June SCOTUS decisions. Much more fun than law school😊🎉.
