“People, please do not buy Turkey Properties from Norada Real Estate. I purchased two properties when I first started back in 2020. I was a beginner and I didn’t know better, had I know better and had I listened to other trusted podcaster about real estate investing I would never worked with Norada. Just a quick summary on my experience, after I purchased the two turnkey rentals the providers connected me with their property management company and they were horrible, but I didn’t know this at the time. One company had such high turn over for managers that I had 3 different portfolio managers in less than a 2 years. The other closed its doors without any real explanation and sold to a different property management company that took over my property. The tenants were awful, trahsed both my homes and costs me more than $10,000 to turn over, there’s plenty more that I won’t go into, I sold both homes in 2022 and lucky I recouped my money back from turnover expenses. Marco and his team do not properly vet these providers. Since then I’ve worked with Get Rich Education, The Jason Hartman network, The Real Wealth Network and used their providers. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. Especially if you’re new.
I now own 5 SFR and things are going well and happy with those company’s I mentioned.”
