“Absolutely love Marco and this podcast. His approach is sound and based on years of experience, and his buy and hold approach really speaks to me, although I like how he covers all REI opportunities, whether it be flipping, wholesaling, etc. These podcasts are a treasure trove of information and I have learned a ton...hoping to put what I have learned into action this year. Marco is also very transparent about what he does and how he makes his living via Norada...he has turned his passion for real estate and investing into a viable business model that also benefits others, which is admirable. I’d use his services myself but he does not do business in the area I live and want to invest, here in Maine. Keep up the great work Marco and thank you for all that you do to keep us informed!!”
