“Hannah has really pinpointed what is going on in my life. What I thought was a way to escape and make my day easier turned into a really dark place. I find myself with constant cravings, food SHAME, depression, lethargy, the feeling of wanting to hide because what will I wear I don’t look good in anything I don’t want to buy more “big” clothes. Which all of course led to wanting to eat more. (yes I for sure made it a point to pay for my lunch with cash to avoid a paper trail and throw away all my garbage so my family won’t see I binge eat. I can’t hide 209 lbs. it’s there no hiding it.) Hannah is being so real and vulnerable, I am appreciating it all it is humbling to know I am not alone. I am excited to move forward and continue to find hope and fill myself spiritually.
At this point in my life I and what I am hoping she touches on in this podcast is discipline, I completely lack discipline, and am looking forward to tips and some guidance to improvement.”
