“Paul - I loved hearing all the story telling between you and your guests re: Marshall. It makes me feel extra embarrassed (after being further exposed to your personality via the podcast) related to the encounter I had with you in Austin, TX.
Post attending the whole Monster tour (6 front row PIT experiences), Music Midtown, and Austin City Limits x 2.. aka the 9th show I attended in 2014.. I was feeling super defeated from my goal of telling and thanking Marshall for the influence he had in my life during that whole adventure. I apologize for my candor towards you during that incident as it’s not reflective of who I actually am - I honestly was so gone I didn’t remember it until I saw the selfies in the AM 🤦🏻♀️
I really enjoyed hearing how Steve Berman operates based on his dialogue - prior to that I had a similar perception as the one portrayed in the character’s persona via the albums over the years. I appreciate the loyalty displayed in the Royce da 5’9’s stories. I’m sure Marshall appreciates the longevity in that friendship. The collaborations between James Larese and Adam Blackstone show what talent can bring to the team. I wish people actually collaborated that good in real life - the world would be a much better place. I also loved how down to earth Skylar Grey presented herself.
I saw the clip on Instagram that you posted earlier about potential brain damage re: Marshall’s drug use… I promise if we ever meet again, I’ll show you that I also haven’t incurred any brain damage ;)…
