A breath of fresh air.
Paul is the pastor of a small church in Sacramento. I found him via some of his videos on Jordan Peterson and I’ve been following his stuff ever since. It’s not the most slickly produced and I can get a little lost in the theology sometimes, but if you want to listen to a thinking Christian engage with the serious ideas of life, life, death, marriage, children, love, friendship and all the rest you could do a lot worse than listen to Paul. The results don’t always make for comfortable listening, but they are rigorous and honest. Someday I may have the privilege of hearing him preach in person, but until then this will have to do. Keep doing the Lord’s work Rev.

Pastor Pauls distillation of culture, philosophy and history often through a Christian lens, is second to none, something even honest secularists could enjoy.

Defended someone saying “I like Hitler.” Will never listen again. Disgusting nonsense.

I am a regular PVK YouTube watcher but given up YouTube as part of my 21 days fast but still need my daily PVK fix. His estuary project allows for deep conversation where everyone feels listened to and truth can emerge.
