It was another week of news, rumors, game releases, four-year-old GPUs becoming irrelevant thanks to Mesh Shader support requirements, the industry freaking out about arm64 and declaring the death of x86, and other things. So many security fails to wedge into 1 show and then we flavor the cast with a Loupedeck review.   Topics below! Words flow from us at an alarming rate, but be not afraid; we are the harbingers of semi-literate PC hardware and software discussion. Also, burgers. In this episode, we discuss the VERY EXCITING Intel 14th Gen launch, look at a very fancy Falcon Northwest Talon desktop equipped with one of these processors, and eventually talk about AMD un-launching Anti-Lag+ after it caused some mildly inconvenient bans from popular games when using the feature. There's even a very exciting back and forth...

Ryan left Intel! What does this mean for PC Perspective?? Nothing, actually. Except that we get to pontificate about Ryan's future. Don't worry, we'll ask him to visit soon. It will be more interesting when he can tell us where he's going. We also talked about Scott "Jebaited" Herkelman's pending departure from AMD. So many moves in the PC hardware industry, eh?? Oh, and you won't want to miss our CASO discussion. This might be the biggest thing to happen to gaming laptops, ever. EVAR. ...

We decided to podcast yet again this week because, honestly, you demand it (you know who you are). The show must go on, and we had a lot to talk about this week - and sometimes we even sounded halfway intelligent! Like when we talked about the new Radeon cards, which bring the promise of $450+ midrange cards to AMD buyers. And we looked at the very compact - and ridiculously well-equipped - FragBox from Falcon Northwest (you know, that little PC that looks like a Playmate...

No, Arc isn't EOL - just the flagship card made by Intel. It doesn't bode well, as Battlemage seems pretty far away, and the A770 seems to have run its course with A750 getting all of Intel's marketing attention lately. Beyond that, Intel decided to re-brand their desktop CPUs starting with the next generation Core, and Ultra is added to the mix to keep you on your toes. Also, other topics (in the list below).
