“Pedestrian Polyamory is a fantastic show, put together by a supremely fun, enjoyable and very experienced Poly couple. I had almost no interaction or experience with Poly about a year ago. In this past year I've come a very long ways, and I have to say, it has a great deal to do with some of the things I've learned from this podcast.
I was very fortunate, my girlfriend whom I live with has tremendous experience with poly, as does my other girlfriend. The latter was the one that introduced me to the show, among other resources as well. The information and advice given in the show is exceptionally helpful and useful, even to someone who's never done poly/is learning how. There are a few shows that Gavin comes in and devotes a whole episode to beginner/basics of poly stuff, which helps a great deal, but honestly, every episode has value at almost any stage of poly.
The dynamic between Shira and Gavin is stupendous! They are a delight and so much fun to listen to. There have been numerous occasions where I'll listen to the show and the two of them will do something or remark at one another about something, which is exactly a scenario I have/experience with one of my partners, which makes me smile and feel hopeful.
The wealth of information and help that I've acquired from this podcast is no small amount, and as a result I am proudly (with reassurance from my girlfriends) able to identify as poly. Whether a noob or a 10 year poly veteran, this show can have value, (i think), to just about anyone who listens.
I hope that one day I'll be able to shake hands with/hug the two of them for the significant and helpful role they played in my happy and successful poly relationships.”
