She talks about how many employers are limiting or narrowing jobs and, as a result, narrowing training for those jobs, which leads to training without much learning—and why this can be both successful and counterproductive. They also discuss: Examples of industries using chatbots—and some concerning things to consider. One specific example: how firefighters actually use their discretion in practice.
