Set up in the depths of the pandemic Trigon is a B – Corp Development Manager with the sole aim of making their clients lives easier. Their track record spans the full breadth of development, front to back, back to front – and that includes all the unique challenges one would expect!
Andy studied Civil Engineering at the London South Bank University, as well as undertaking his BSc in Construction Management at the University of Brighton – and he has always applied his training in civil engineering and experience in construction management to building and development.
I sat down with Andy to discuss a broad range of subjects which covered some of the following topics:
* How he got into real estate
* Managing Risk

* Data & Technology
* Trigon Guiding Principles
Oh, and one last question - who are the People, what Property, and in which Place would Andy invest should he have £500m of capital at his disposal.
