Description
Established in 1999, Patron Capital Partners has evolved into one of the leading opportunistic real estate managers in Europe.
To date, it has raised over €5.4bn Euros, and has undertaken more than 200 transactions across 106 investments in 17 countries. The Patron organisation includes a 64 person in-house team, with offices in the UK, Spain and Luxembourg.
Patron's strategy is to back local partners and management teams in growing their respective business, investing in property, corporate operating entities, credit related businesses and debt related instruments, whose value is primarily supported by property assets.
Keith started his career at Lehman Brothers in New York, and is a graduate of NYU, and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
