Octopus Real Estate is a specialist investor, developer and lender with a keen focus on the living and healthcare sectors. Under Ed’s leadership, Octopus Real Estate oversees a staggering £3.7 billion worth of assets, for both institutional and retail clients. Ed joined Octopus in 2017 and previously led the Care Homes and Corporate Development teams. Prior to joining Octopus, he was a lawyer with international law firm Allen & Overy and he holds a BA in Economics from Durham University and an MBA from the University of Cambridge’s Judge Business School.
