Most of us live life with expectations that are deemed as normal. However, when those normal expectations take a turn for the worse or things become extreme we tend to lose our footing and overall grip on life. Pastor James Wilson, in his message, "You are not normal", asks the question, what do you do when things are not so normal? Do you back away or throw in the towel? As believers, we have to face these abnormal situations head on trusting in what God said. From his text in Genesis 50, he reminded us that sometimes, God will allow us to go through difficult times, like Joseph, who had to go from a promise to the pit, then into slavery, then to prison before he got to the palace.
