A breath of fresh air
The realistically positive approach to these subjects and depth of research is extremely refreshing, as well as thought provoking. The host is a great interviewer, and strikes the right balance of no nonsense discussion without oversimplifying the topics discussed. I find myself as encouraged by the thoughtful empathy of his approach to these topics as much as what is actually said.
