“I have not read a lot of Peter Hart’s books, but I did enjoy what I read. I first learned of him through Dan Carlin’s Hardcore History podcast and immediately picked up The Great War. Excellent stuff.
What I am most enthusiastic about is the fact that Peter and Gary crack me up. Most historians don’t have the type of high-energy and sense of humor I have witnessed through this podcast. There’s a handful of historical moments that I will remember from these podcasts thanks to the jokes cracked at the moment’s expense.
Keep it up. I will agree with a previous review that you gents need to ensure your audio is managed properly. There were some oddities in two of the episodes I’ve listened to. Outside of that, the content makes up for it and I’m glad you have started podcasting.
