Weight Training
Listen now
Description
In this week's live show, we'll explore the psychologies, philosophies, and methodologies behind various forms of weight training. We picked "weight training" specifically, because "weight lifting" and "strength training" can signal two different forms of training. So, with "weight training" we can talk about all of the modes of training that involve moving weight -- including body weight training. We'll delve into the various subcultures of weight training and the philosophies behind them, and ask "why train at all?" (Historically, most men did not strength train in any formal or regular way -- though one could say that even today, only a minority of the population engages in any regular weight training.) ⚡THE ADVENTURE COLLECTION⚡ During this episode, we mentioned The Order of Fire's new Adventure collection, featuring a Stay Solar cap and stylish safari shirt designed by Jack Donovan.
