As a newbie to the ipod & podcasting world, I "stumbled" across Phedippidations. And boy am I glad I did! Although I've been running off and on for years, I'm running my 1st half-marathon in 2 weeks and anxiety/doubt had started to set in. The podcasts offer humor, helpful hints and technical info. But, it's the stories from other runners that Steve reads that has eased my doubts about being able to finish the race. The stories are so inspiring and motivating; a few have even brought "happy" tears to my eyes. I definitely reccomend this podcast. It's quirkiness (especially when he includes his son) is refreshing and Steve's "soulful" revelations makes you feel like Steve's been one of your good friends for years.

This is the first podcast I listened to and it is my favorite. If you are a runner and like to think there may be something more to this activity than putting one foot in front of the other, this is the podcast for you.
