Steve is at once funny, sarcastic, thoughful, reverent, well read and so insightful. He is a family man with a normal life and a passion for running, and sharing a run with him is comfortable -- like a regular running partner that you just fall into pace with because you have so much in common. Each show features a theme that will interest most every runner, and I usually learn a thing or two, and there is always great music that I might never have heard if it weren't for Steve's committment to supporting independent artists. This is the one podcast I never miss - this one is the best!”
