Man who raped, beat and robbed a Vancouver sex worker found guilty of all charges A Surrey man has been found guilty of all charges in relation to a vicious sex attack and robbery that occurred in a Vancouver park in September 2017. In a recent Supreme Court of B.C. ruling, Justice Shelley Fitzpatrick found Ezaz Ahmed Razak, 24, guilty of sexual assault causing bodily harm, robbery, unlawful confinement and making threats. Court heard that Razak, his brother-in-law Michael Sharma and friend Baljit Bains were driving along Kingsway in the early hours of Sept. 2, 2017, after a night at a casino. Sharma stopped the vehicle and a sex-trade worker approached. The goal was to arrange a sexual encounter for Razak. The woman agreed to a $60 fee for sex for 30 minutes and then walked with Razak to nearby Glen Park. The woman testified that Razak was unable to finish the sex act within the allotted time, at which point she ended the encounter. Over the next half hour Razak forced the woman to perform more sex acts, robbed her of the $60 he had given her, plus $80 she had made earlier doing a cleaning job, choked her, verbally abused her and threatened her with death.
