Master Albert teaches us the history of San Miguel Eskrima, Doce Pares Original “Multi-Style” System of Eskrima. Curriculum-based training programs offered to youths and adults. Doce Pares is his wife’s family Martial Art system founded by her Grandfather (Eulogio “Yoling” Cañete) in 1932 in Cebu City, Philippines. He discusses the importance of culture, respecting elders, history, and 'legacy.' Eskrima is a positive mindset of discipline, control, confidence, and respect! In our present day becoming a more peaceful loving society starts with 'you.' When you translate self love, appreciation, and understanding, combined with effective communication, the results are riveting with love.
