79. The Jury is Out…of Women!
Description

Listen to this week’s episode where we dive into the history of women in juries. We discuss the influential cases along the way, including the case of Duren v. Missouri featuring pre-Supreme Court RBG and the case of Gwendolyn Hoyt v. Florida.
