Good content, but lots of questions that are easily answered by experts
Interesting podcast, but I think that consulting a pilot or aviation expert would be helpful. As an aerospace engineering student, I can say from experience that many of the questions you pose are very easily answered by someone in the industry. There are lots of university professors or aviation journalists who would be happy to provide some feedback on questions and help to inform your listeners more about these tragic accidents.

The topic of aviation safety is fascinating, but there’s a lot of speculation here from hosts who don’t really understand the industry, piloting, flight training, CRM, or aerodynamics. I’d say leave those topics to the experts. Sorry guys.
