Rip’s podcast is my first to follow ‘religiously’
These several weeks of informative podcasts has been great. I’ve been WFPB for over a year, but there is always more to learn. Today the highlight was the info about mushrooms. Wow. I’m 35 minutes from a mushroom farm. I am better prepared to go load up and bring home a bunch. Thank you.

I have been following the Esselstyn family for awhile. I love Jane and Ann’s recipe channel on YouTube and I have Rips and The good Dr’s cook books! This movement is catching on and I support anything WFPB!!!! Keep on keeping on Rip!

So grateful for the work of the Esselstyns and many others as we slowly get to the tipping point. Compliance is hard in this culture of easy fast food and fast casual restaurants so help us stay on course and stay motivated!

Great info. Nice to hear that even the best can have slip ups now and again. But the main thing is to get back on the wagon and keep on going. Keep up the great work. Peace and plant strong
