“By listening to Dr. Rady Rahban podcasts, I felt much more prepared with my list of questions for consults. It even motivated me to come out of the pandemic hiding to get healthy again. I even started working out with a trainer to gain strength and muscle that I had lost. I wanted to be as strong possible for my surgeries: breast reduction and tummy tuck. As time got closer to my surgery date, I would start to feel anxious on and off. I would then go back to certain episodes feel calm again. Shockingly before my surgery I was not nervous was actually excited about it-no joke! My husband was nervous nelly night before and morning of surgery.”
